About Tweed River Driving School

We are a driving school based in Chinderah and servicing Tweed and surrounds. Our instructors are all authorised by the NSW transport departments to train learner drivers. Tweed River Driving School’s driving instructors have years of driver training experience.

Working With Children clearance NSW (equivalent to QLD Blue Card).

We are a member of the Australian Driver Trainers Association.

Our instructors are very patient, professional and well organised.

Our instructors are Keys2Drive accredited.

Peter’s profile:

• I work with youth in a residential setting I also work in primary and secondary school with anger management with troubled youth. I have worked with young people within the legal system
• I have my Working With Children check and police checks due to the nature of my work.
• I am also heavily involved in SLNSW as a judge and referee for life saving carnivals.
• Most of my last 16 years has been spent with youth and adults helping them make a better life for themselves within goverment and non goverment departments.
• I have great patience and understand the needs of young people and adults to help them achieve the best results for themsleves.

Qualifications include :

• Certificate 4 TAE (Training and Assessment)
• Certificate 4 Transport and Logistics (Car driving instruction)
• Working With Children Check – Positive notice (Under Office of the Children’s Guardian NSW)
• Accredited driver trainer Australian Driver Trainers Association
• Keys2Drive Accredited Driving Instructor
